"Save your money and go elsewhere. Whilst they were friendly, the inspection took about half an hour, they did not test any appliances, did not run the water, did not tap the walls... They simply took pictures and returned the most basic report ever. They got the wrong building date from the agent and when I asked them to resend the report with the correct date on it (twice), they never got back to me. I usually don't write reviews, but I really feel like I spent money on nothing."

"The two reports we have received so far are so far removed from what they advertise as sample reports on their website. We paid upfront and hired iSPECT Building Inspections to conduct five stages of our house build. We have cancelled the three final stages as we cannot trust them to conduct a viable and useful inspection for us. The Frame Stage inspection report included a few photos and ticked boxes with zero written information and all it stated was that it looked visually fine. What the???? We can do exactly the same, by just visiting the site with the Site Supervisor and taking as many photographs as we desire and the saying to ourselves that, everything is visually fine. This is absolutely of no value to us. We will find someone else who can provide us with detailed information of the three final stages of our build process. Very dissapointed with this company. "Overall very disappointing and a waste of money as the report told me nothing I didn?t already know. He didn?t get up into the roof and seemed to only stick his camera in the manhole to take a photo. Could not locate subfloor entry so could not offer any reassurance about the floor. The crack in the brick wall was only ticked as minor but suggested to seek advice from structural engineer? This information in conflicting to me. Not serious but consult an engineer????? I sent numerous messages and it took him days to return my call and fobbed off all my concerns saying it was a visual inspection. Find a professional as this guy did less than bare minimum"
