How can I book a property inspection?
Bookings can be made via our website using the instant quote form, by SMS to 0428 273 563, or by calling our friendly team on (03) 7049 4999. We're available Monday to Saturday.
Can you do inspections on the weekend?
Our inspectors and admin team are available on Saturdays, subject to availability. Please note that Saturday appointments may incur a different fee. Please contact our team to confirm availability and pricing. On Sundays, our office is closed, but we will happily get back to you first thing Monday morning.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
Your presence is welcome but not essential. Our inspector will need access to the property which can be arranged via the Real Estate Agent or Vendor. We handle all coordination on your behalf.
How long does the inspection take?
